Posting Information

Due to a huge amount of orders we received every day, it may take 1-3 days to process your order before it leave the warehouse.

Orders that made on Friday until Sunday will only be shipped on Monday of the following week. We provide both local and international.

Once your orders leave the warehouse we will notify you by email along with a tracking number. ANIZON® will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by Pos Malaysia/PosLaju. For any concern on your tracking details and your parcel whereabouts, you need to contact your local Poslaju office or simply call their hotline at 1-300-300-300 (Malaysia) or 603 – 27279100 (Overseas).

Shipping Within Malaysia 

All orders within Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are shipped using PosLaju. Poslaju is Malaysia's Express Mail Service and delivers within 2 - 5 business days. And a charge is:

·         West Malaysia (semenanjung) : minimum postage RM7 

·         East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) : minimum postage RM9 

Please take note that tracking number will be given once posted. If addressee is not available by the time POS Laju at his/her place, we advise her/him to pickup his/her item at nearest POSLAJU branch. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel returned to us due if customer not available by the time parcel delivered. Also buyer has to top up shipping cost again if parcel returned to us.

International Shipping

For international shipping, the postage is charged per weight. Please add the item into the shopping cart, and there is a link for you to calculate postage or please email us at


Just follow the few steps below to complete the order.

1.      Browse the website for the items you like to order

2.      Click Add to Cart, for those items you wish to order

3.      Once you’ve done the shopping, click on the “shopping cart” to review the items you want to order.

4.      When you confirmed the items are correct, click the button “checkout”

1.      Then you will lead to a login page, if you are still not a member, please click the special link to fill up the delivery information

  1. Fill up the voucher code / promo code if you have any, else click “Skip to Next Step”
  2. Lastly, review your delivery address & items again before click on the button “Confirm Order”
  3. Done! Your order is completed and you will be given an order number as reference.  (You will also receive a confirmation email from us)
